Razer is the worst laptop and terrible Customer Service in the world !!!

i bought this razer blade base model and encountered blue screen in the same day !

The staff of the razer store refused to replace a new one because they didn't see the blue screen with their's own eyes! Luckily,I changed their mind. 

The thing are not that simple.There is a gap between the screen and chassis when you slightly press the screen.

I reported this issue to Support team.They pretended that they don't get it.

Razer support team repaired  it four times but the problem is still there.

In fact,they only put a clear sticker to the screen and tell me the machine has been repaired!

Preaching to the choir, pretty sure most people here can tell you Razer has massive issues with QC and the general quality of their stuff.

OOF the yelling, OW my eye ears.

 

Not surprised with Razer. Regardless, here's a tip.

 

They shouldn't need to see the BSOD with their own eyes. Just ensure complete memory dumps are enabled in System Properties -> Startup and Recovery and refer them to %SystemRoot%\Minidump. Any competent tech should be aware of this folder.

Razer has a reputation for poor reliability and build quality. LTT used a bunch of Razer Blade laptops for the entire team and I think more than half of them failed in some way.

That's unacceptable. When did you buy it? Take it back to the store you bought it from. Show them the support tickets where the laptop has been repaired 4 times. Demand a cash refund.

They expect users not to be wary of it so they can excuse themselves from doing their job. You know the drill at Razer costumers support training... all Razer users are dumb and tech inexperience that got drove by the shining gaming branding so you can manipulate them easily.

they told me I should ask the  support team.Cash refund is impossible! They only accept refund of dead unbootable machine within 7 days of the date.

Yeah when my touchpad was broken out of the box they made me submit a video of the touchpad to get an RMA. It's been with Razer for a week and a half now and it's still not on it's way back to me lol
