Ryzen 7 2700X for $200

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

 

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad

Honestly, I just bought my new PC today, I've been waiting for the past 2 weeks or so for Prime Day, but....
The PC parts sales on Amazon were extremely disappointing to say the least and I only ended up buying 4g of MX4 thermal paste there for 10$ with free shipping, followed by cancelling my Prime trial, not worth it.

Everything else, I bought on Newegg, because it was nearly 150$ cheaper for the same/equivalent parts with shipping and taxes included.

(In Canada.)

Best deal in the UK was 50% off crocs.

 

Tech deals are garbage.

It's pretty garbage, as usual. Some other places like Newegg and BestBuy are doing 48 hours of deals right now too though, so at least there's that.

I got some "deals" on stuff I'v had sitting in my shopping cart for ages that dropped a couple of bucks for the day...it was no "here's something I'm getting because of the day (though I did get a gift for my dad that did pop up as a prime day thing), just "oh, that thing I've been planning to get is on sale"

Like a lot of holidays, they are created to drive sales.  Amazon is just the 21st century retailer try to invent one to fit their need.  They need to liquid garbage in preparation to stock up for the holiday season.
