IN Asrock B450M Steel Legend Socket AM4 AMD B450 Micro ATX (B450M STEEL LEGEND)  they advertise their capacitors to last at least 10.000 hours of lifestam wich is about 1,5 Years wich is  very small lifetime for a pc right?  RIGHT?

I think thats the warranty period. Also thats probably of on time (usually) excluding sleep mode

I am NOT a professional and a lot of the time what I'm saying is based on limited knowledge and experience. I'm going to be incorrect at times.

All components remain powered on during sleep.

Only hibernate or a full shutdown powers off a computer.

In a normal case where it isn't stressed with strong components no it won't

Thats probably at 24/7 load, and a worst case scenario as others said above.

You motherboard may die in 2 days for all you know.

It's not possible to know when components will fail.
