Nope, noise isn't an issue. When it's idle I'm not in the room with it so the fans can go as crazy as they like. :)

I've added my 2 machines as well just now, lets see if we can all help a bit in these hars times!
1 I9 - 9900K with an RTX 2080

1 i7 - 4702MQ with an GeForce 770M

 

Will try and put some life back to another one that was still in storage tomorrow :)

I used to fold occasionally, but fell out the habit a few years back. I now fold when I have idle PC time (making cup of tea or stopping gaming for a short while) but not overnight.

 

I am leaving it on to fold during the day with the solar panels powering the house, its free electricity so why not put it to good use! I tend to stop folding when their power drops as I am usually gaming then.

 

I hope the LTT team enjoy my handful of WUs.

Same here, my main rig hasn't received any in hours while my other two lower end machines have continued to receive WU's every time.

So, i dont know what to do anymore, installed f@h new, rebooted the system, made sure all drivers are up to date, made an exception in my firewall (what shouldnt be a problem, cause i can access the files manually through my browser, and it seemed to have downloaded something).

My wife has been wondering what we can do from home. LTT video rolls around and he eyes light up 'can we do that?'. Yup. So now I have 2 systems running on the LTT team. Thanks for making the Mrs feel a little better during this time.
