As long as there are no kinks in the tubing, what I would describe as 'bent', then it is not an issue. Can't tell based on your photo though.

perfectly fine, but if you can have the tubes on bottom of the radiator so that all air gets caught at the top of the radiator and doesn't circulate back into the pump if possible.
