techincally the channel isnt dead. its just practically dead because they dont have ideas or time to put out anything on that channel

It's not dead, but Linus has hinted at saying 'RIP CSF' and such other things.

 

Who knows, they may upload more because all of the AdSense money from CSF goes back into paying for fun things that they do for that channel.

CSF is back burnered. Linus has publicly stated that the team has full reigns to do what they want for the channel whenever they want, but no one has done anything... so essentially its dead without being officially declared dead.
