Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):  here's the current build https://pcpartpicker.com/list/DD47bL, planing on spending the rest of my budget on more storage. whats your thoughts on the build?

You need a better cooler than that for a 14900K. A 360MM aio is basically required for acceptable temperatures.

Changed gpu to a 4090 cause it's faster in professional workloads, it costs alot more but still within your budget. Also I swapped ram for a 2x32 kit so you can upgrade later on, and also it's easier to stabilize higher speeds.

Also changed fans for ones that can be chained off of eachother so you shouldn't need an extra fan hub.

Edit: Better and cheaper case
Edit 2: keep making mistakes lol, changed drives to two 12TB hdds to fit the better case. You still have 4 2.5 inch slots for ssd and also more nvme slots on the motherboard if you need more later on.
