Jesus i didn't even know i can build something for this money. All this time i was looking and i  though i basically need something in the range of AMD Ryzen 7600,with DDR5 at least to make the PC building worth it.

Stop buying expensive things you don't need just because it gives you a short term boost of dopamine.
You've already bought a bunch of really expensive things to the point where you now have to ask others for suggestions on what to buy because you can't think of anything else, and you are still not satisfied. How absurd is that?

Buying more things won't make a difference. It won't fill that void you are trying to fill.

You have absolutely NO benchmarks or testing of any kind.  As shown by previous gens, RTX for example SUCKS even with all 4 stats being better.  So let's hold off a little bit, huh?

Or at least use the newly releases rumors about Geekbench Vulkan results.

Yep gotta love capitalism. Screw other people over in the name of profit because who cares about other people. It's why tickets to live events have been basically impossible to sell at a reasonable price. I'm sorry but scalpers provide little value to society other than inflated prices on scarce products. Sure the only person that really benefits from scalpers is the rich who can afford the price hike as it ensures they is stock left that they cN buy even if it is an inflated one. Me I prefer when it was first come first serve and you just had to be lucky to get a product rather than people cheating the system with bots.

The problem is, education in the US is expensive. I have $47,000 in student loan debt and I make under $40,000 a year. There are a lot of Americans drowning in student loan debt. Between the cost of eduction, pay, and working conditions some industries struggle. Look at Airlines. They are so pasted fucked that its not funny. Decades of treating staff like shit, keeping wages low and not recruiting new pilots is finally catching up with them. Food service and hospitality are other industries who historically had low wages and poor treatment of workers. They can fill jobs fast enough. Every time I got to the store it seems like they are understaffed, worst at some retailers than others. Another critical industry is transportation. Truck drivers are in short ish supply. Mainly because the cost to become one has increased. You work 24 hours a day and if your lucky you get paid $50,000 a year if no less. Plus there are a plethora of regulations you have to follow.

An act of congress with do fuck all to fix any of these problems. Those old fucks wouldn't know a solution if it came up a bit them in the ass. Loads of money is why our economy is sliding in to a recession currently.

I think Linus has milked his house enough that at this point he did not only not payed for his house. he even made a profit out of nothing
I'm getting bored too seeing him flexing his own money and success
I'm not saying its a a bad thing being rich and successful
just getting boring seeing him like this
the worst part of all of this is floatplane
I totally disagree with making exclusive content only for people that can pay
LTT was born and raised on youtube because of us and therefore all of its content should be on youtube (for us)
obviously its his channel and he can do whatever he wants but that is a MAJOR turn off for someone like me
why you cant do it like other youtubers
    we don't need a lab
    we don't need expensive merch
we were absolutely fine with LTT 2-3 years ago before you start screwing everything
LTT doesn't need to figure out how to pay for more then 100 people because they don't need to have 100 people
they don't need to necessarily grew this much
they screwed up in a bad way and I don't think they can recover from it
LTT used to be a fun channel that every video worth watching a few times
but now, I think Linus's worst nightmare is coming true
LTT finally (and unfortunately) is turning into a soulless media corporation that doesn't care about anything other then money and milking its own viewers
i really needed to get this out of myself

I used to like watching LTT, but now I'm just annoyed and only watch videos that I find thematically interesting, but which are becoming increasingly rare.   For example, I find the "infrastructure" VIdeos (i.e. virtually everything that has to do with servers, networks, etc.) quite exciting, because interesting application areas are often addressed.   However, his "My House" videos are getting more and more on my nerves. Yes, we get it, you're rich. That's great. Yeah, "MTV My Crib" knockoff the third. Wow...   Basically an interesting topic, but for the "normal user" completely superfluous. "Here look, a sinfully expensive piece of technology. And this one is even more expensive. This part here? More expensive than the two devices together". Sorry, but not everyone is in a position to set up their own "cinema room" for several 10,000 dollars or euros.   No, I'm not jealous, but at some point this "Look what I bought now (or worse: look what I got for free to advertise)" is just exhausting.   Most "obnoxious," however, are the "Intel $5000 Extreme Tech Upgrade" videos.   You have to watch it at your leisure: A CPU manufacturer is now spending close to $100,000 (5k per video, we have easily 15 videos now if not more) to get exactly what? Sorry, but no one can tell me he or she is "unbiased" on a topic when a site gives you $5000, or to all your employees. Aren't there laws in Canada to prevent media influence? Is bribery (and nothing else is this here) a proven means for journalists? If I give someone $5,000, I'm certainly not doing it because I'm pursuing altruistic goals as a corporation. But because I want to exert influence.   How can I take criticism of Intel from Linus or any of his employees seriously when I know that Intel has raised a lot of money to make the atmosphere "Intel friendly". I'd say the same thing if AMD was pulling this kind of nonsense. But maybe AMD doesn't need to bribe journalists (or those who think they do).    Then constantly the "buy my stuff, buy my stuff" theme at in the Wan show.... Ok, some things are funny implemented in the videos (Banana for scale), but the WAN show has developed into a QVC copy, where a not small part of time is wasted on gibberish, how great the new backpack, the screwdriver or the LTT Strapons are.   I'm also only posting this here because I'm sure my post on Reddit would have been deleted right away by an overzealous moderator (Also: Rule 8 says no controversial topics)   So yeah... I'm out

Data from tests is attached to this post. If you are an educator or otherwise have a legitimate reason for wanting to look at the .json files from each test I will provide them, but shoot me a DM. For most people the PDF results will be more than enough.

In their latest update to their indiegogo supporters they've told us if we want a tracking number for our shipment we have to sign up for their "LATEST NEWS & OFFERS" mailing list. I should not have to be spammed by their marketing department just to receive a tracking number.

Due to what we've observed with other events over the course of the past year, we've made the tough decision to delay LTX until 2023.

This wasn't an easy decision, but with COVID-19 still affecting events worldwide, this is what we felt we needed to do. Our goal with LTX is to increase interactivity each year as we grow, and we feel that this isn't yet possible for us to do in a safe manner.

We want LTX to return, it's just a matter of when. We've been working on a lot of ideas and partnerships behind the scenes, and are looking forward to sharing those when the time is right.
Sorry for the bad news, we can't wait to see you all in person again.
