My solution was actually quite simple. In the "Edit" tab of your giveaway in the SweepWidget dashboard there is a checkbox to "Block duplicate IP addresses from entering". It is located under the Language and Google Captcha options. Uncheck this and you are good to go. Again, I can't believe I didn't see this when originally troubleshooting, but at least I found it now. 

Thank you all for your input. I took the switch to my networking instructor at college, and he could not figure out this issue either. I am going to return this unit and get a replacement. 

The mic might give you a lot of noice because it's rubbing on your clothes. Maybe just stick it to your T-shirt.

As others have already said, you're better off checking your local listings and pricing accordingly.
Some people would rather deal with a local and pay more than deal with eBay and get a better price.
 
Not entirely true. I've sold 1TB drives pretty consistently for $20.

An upgraded cooler wouldn't hurt, especially since getting a good one can usually last you a good 8 years, and it's not a ton more than the one you have listed.

Ahhh ok that's not too bad, I thought you'd bought it new in which case your PSU would have been pushing 7 years.
I don't know much about that one, but if you Google LTT PSU Tier List, they have a database and you can see where it falls in that.

I'd probably look for a better cooler. IIRC there are a few that are only a few dollars more but offer much better performance. I'd replace your PSU. Yours isn't that good, and if it's past it's warranty it's time for it to be replaced. I wouldn't bother buying something based on "I don't need it now but who knows maybe in the future..." Buy for what you need now, you can upgrade later; if it's not in your mind right now, you probably won't end up doing it before it's time to upgrade again.  

3600 at cl 18 should be better. The other kit is still good though, so only get the 3600mhz if it's no more than 5-10 dollars more

As far as I know, resetting the CMOS will reset the BIOS to defaults, therefore disabling fast boot and reenabling the usb ports.

It is only open to people at my school, but for every $5 they donate, they get one entry into the drawing to win it.

1080p at 30fps is all I need as I am just capturing from a camera. Thanks for the input.

I got hit by that a long time ago, they send you a fake email that looks like PayPal saying the money is on the way and you need to ship the item out first and upload the tracking number.

So say Linus could apply and get accepted, but then he'd obviously need someone there to help him with the video/audio recording, so another member would also have to apply, and judging from the critera for who they'll accept, I don't think any of the other LTT members meet it.
 
Unless they do allow "films crews" to accompany, but I can't see anything mentioning that on the page, though that would possibly be mentioned privately once accepted or whatever.

OBS isn't going to detect input from the PS4 without a capture device. It's not like OBS can see whatever is being displayed on the monitor, the monitor isn't transmitting any images back to the computer. OBS is software that runs on the computer, and it can only detect images that come in or out of the comptuer in some form, not in or out of the monitor itself.
 
You would need a capture card to be able to get the PS4 input onto a PC.

If it just started to thermal throttle and you have not changed anything, you probably need to just clean it. Take it apart and blow all of the dust out of the cooler. Also, try some different thermal paste such as Arctic MX-4.
Also, be patient for a response. I noticed you posted this like, 1 minute after you original post. It takes time for people to collect advice and do research. Please be patient.  

Lan? as in Ethernet? Mine stays on cause power is still supplyed. Normal for me.
