Seriously, fine medics can out of their experience and knowledge make as much as accurate prediction after your entry trial at the hospital, this just automates the process.

Getting a PSU that's double your power draw is for keeping usage in the peak efficiency curve.  It's like a bell curve.  For performance, more power supplied than you need is all that matters.  
 
You're paying more to be more efficient, which reduces energy cost over time.  Kind of a wash really, but if you like more, get more.  We all like big numbers

I would get the rumored Pixel 3 non XL to not have a notch. Also, I dont get the super hate phones get for hazing bezels. I kinda dont want my phone to be all screen, get a lot of scratches and less places to hold/touch without tapping something on screen. Just my opinion though.

I know the thermal performance will be pretty meh considering the case and vertical video card orientation but the build is meant to focus on looks.
Good looks will help me sell the PC more than good cooling. A buyer will see the AIO, 200mm fans and 3 fan design video card and would assume it has good cooling anyway...

Try unplugging the computer and monitor and bringing it closer to the router?  Grab a table to set it on and test from there. I've dont that a few times and just carried my setup up to the router to test different things. 

Im gonna say that it could be wifi interference. 
 
Try running the tests over a wired connection and let me know if that fixes it.

Could be a faulty PSU in all honesty or the temperatures in your computer are just getting really high as you launch fortnite which is hard to believe. But back to what Ben was saying what are the system specs?
