They will definitely be a lot better than your Logitech speakers as that's what I came from as well. 

I have the swan M50W 2.1 system and I'm not and audiophile or anything but they sound really good.

You can plug in the 3pin fan to a 4pin header. You can't modify the header on the GPU board but you can plug in the Xtreme fan 4pin to any motherboard 4pin header and control it that way.

See if OCing the q8200, and see if the performance improves. Im getting the idea that maybe the CPU is just bad. (Low quality silicon)And Overcloxking is pretty easy, just need to understand multipliers, and what voltages mean the most.

uhm q8400 is not ht, it has 4 cores.

It's an administrator. However, programs only gain admin rights when granted by the User Account Control. This is to prevent malware from gaining it.

Never had 4150, but 6300 is a lovely cheap processor, just get another cooler, because stock is a jet.

that would cause a male to male USB A, and people would try to use that thing in stupid ways to connect a laptop to another laptop.

You need SSD and you already said that you want new GPU.. there is no reason to upgrade anything else.

buy an ssd, i recommend the Crucial BX100 250 Gb, have it myself and works gr8
