Looks good, maybe grab a Hyper 212 Evo and an SSD (EDIT: if you can squeeze it into the unspecified budget)?

Maybe downsize the psu to save money

Then may I ask if there's a difference between Windows 7 and 8 in terms of gaming performance ?

Yes there is, but minimal(win8 is faster). I would go for Windows 8.1, because it´ll be longer supported.

Ps: I search in the asus website for you a bit and found out that windows 8 drivers are aviable for your wifi card.

So, I can actually put in the WiFi card without any issues and it's compatible ?

If you're going to get a non-K Intel Processor, perhaps consider getting a Xeon? If not you can in fact overclock on the H97 Pro Gaming with a bios update, and should therefore get the 4690k. The Cooler Master N300 has support for the Cooler Master Seidon 240m cooler in the right panel, something to consider getting.

So erm, about the cooling part, is there a need to change anything? And can I max out games?
