Seems most have issue with Sony having access to their "data" and refering to the breaches they've had. Although I doubt theres anything sensitive there from just registering and connecting to Steam.

Murasaki reacted to Arxxuss in Elite Dangerous adds the option to purchase pre-built ships for money, sharply increases many store prices at the same time
Spaceflight game Elite Dangerous has introduced two pricing updates that have caused controversy amongst many players of the game.

As of May 7th, Frontier Developments (the game's developer) are introducing the ability to unlock pre-built loadouts of certain ships for ARX (the premium currency of the game): this comprises 'instant-access to a pre-fitted ship, a ship kit, and a paint job'.

This will also include 3-month-early access to a new ship, the game's first in six years. Previously, ships had only been buyable with in-game credits, and this is the first non-cosmetic set of items purchasable in the store. Frontier has aimed these to be a 'quicker way for newer players to get involved in the areas they have the most interest in'.

In addition, the prices of many cosmetic items in the store appears to have changed, in some cases more than doubling (for example weapon and engine colours going from 2240 to 5000 ARX). Frontier recently indicated that there would be "ARX pricing adjustments' that might occur recently, but provided no further details.

This change has sparked a thoroughly mixed reaction from the game's community. Some are outraged that access to new content is being paywalled and felt that the pricing 'adjustments' were communicated inadequately, while others are appreciative of the developers making an effort to gain additional revenue sources from an ageing game. Others are worried about the precedent this may set for the future of Elite.

It should be noted that players gain 400 weekly ARX for free, but this requires the player to be active within the game.

You can bypass TPM 2.0 and Microsoft account requirements of Windows 11 by creating a bootable medium with Rufus.

You should try to isolate it by testing components or removing/disabling them.
Unplug your HDDs to see if the noise is gone Test GPU for coil whine with heavy loads such as games to see if higher usage affects it Unplug all possible fans temporarily (one by one if nessessary) to remove extra noise or narrow it down to specific fans if they're the culprit Also I've amplified the audio by 800% as it wasn't easy to hear it from the video at max volume.

Something must be up with the steam protocol registries not executing the needed commands. Check this in regedit
    HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\steam\Shell\Open\Command Should be "path_to_steam.exe" -- "%1"

Okay type "default apps" in the start menu so it opens the Default Apps in settings. Go to the bottom "choose default apps by file type". Wait for it to load all filetypes and scroll down to .URL and select "Internet Browser". Hope that shakes up the file associations and fixes whatever is happening.

Alternatively you can test this with making another user account.

She‘s just one of the best hosts and it always brings a smile to my face when i look at some old videos she appeared in.

I would also like to add that i deeply respect her decision to not be in videos recently. As an LGBTQ person myself i can empathize with her and know that it can be hard to put yourself into the crossfire that is the internet, even though i‘m not very public on the internet myself normally.

But i want her to know that there are many people in the viewership who support her and would (just like me) like to see her sympathetic self in front of the camera again.

Yeah file itself looks okay and it seems its due to the digital certificate either expiring or something went wrong. Have you not updated Windows in a while? If its updated then you can try running DISM or SFC to repair problems with system files. But for sure we know it isn't anything dodgy, just windows being windows.

Your RAM should stay in place without it.  I have had the clip break before  and no issues.  The slot itself is tight enough to hold RAM in any position.
