yah i looked at my CPU-Z install just and realised i said wrong, and you are sure that its not reading 1.17whatever ? download HWINFO and check that too, that generally picks up sensors better, i guess its possible that CPU-Z picked up on the wrong sensor i guess

I found the problem, FFS, he is really a noob when it comes to pcs. Msi slow mode was enabled, i just flipped the switch, The CPU is running at 3.9 Ghz

It's not the first time I've seen that in this forum, I must remember to add "check for slow mode" to the default troubleshooting toolbox
