Graphics card got worse

CALBIX

Ive recently noticed that my gpu has been running worse on games (CSGO: from 300-285 to 90-125), (Fallout 4: from 60 constant to alot of random drops to 25) and I have tried a different GPU and still the same problem.

Current GPU: GTX 770 2GB

Windows 10 update killed performance in a lot of games. If you're on 10 that's most likely it. You can google the fix or simply revert back a few updates to fix it.

If anyone asks you never saw me.

Highly unlikely that it is the GPU's fault, especially if you say you've tried another. I would make sure that the drivers are up to date, and that your system is running well in other regards, ie. close irrelevant software, make sure you don't have viruses, sacrifice a goat to lord GabeN, things like that.

When in doubt, re-format.

if it isn't a dusty card and you have tried 2 cards it sounds like a PCI slot problem or a CPU bottle neck; Is your CPU cooler
