The Voltage on my old board was 1.2V when at 4.6 GHz. This Mobo just bumps it up to 1.7 at stock speeds.

yah i looked at my CPU-Z install just and realised i said wrong, and you are sure that its not reading 1.17whatever ? download HWINFO and check that too, that generally picks up sensors better, i guess its possible that CPU-Z picked up on the wrong sensor i guess

So I had to get a new motherboard due to my corsair cooler bursting inside of my case and the motherboard just dying after working 24h after that.

I got a MSI H81M-E33 and paired it with my 4790K cpu which was in the old mobo.

The Voltage is currently sitting at 1.792V in CPU-Z and there is no way to change this in the BIOS nor in Command Center.

Thanks!
