Spider in computer.

cacra

I think you can also try Aida64, and the XTU stress test. Try OCing your CPU a little further. Got 3DMark? Turn Firestrike extreme on. Run Unigine Valley and Unigine Heaven. GeekBench is great too. And lastly, play a long game of Crysis 3.

On Ultra.

And if you're feeling adventurous play some Crysis 2 Aswell.

Yes, it will short out the Eastern seaboard, and most likely kill the spider.

HOWEVER

If you touch the PSU at the preise moment the short occurs, there is a 99.9%** chance that you will, in fact, turn into Spiderman.

Wow. So cruel to an undeserving creature. Try and coax it out, don't kill it. How would you feel if your home started heating up to the point where it was uninhabitable?

Spiders tend to lay over a hundred eggs actually.

Yeah if that thing lays an egg sac it's time for a fucking nuclear warhead

I have seen an egg hatch...

I have also had strong urges to set fire to myself and my home

Be glad it wasn't a pest bug like a roach. Now those need to die in fire.

So, long story short, I have a spider in my computer - im pretty sure it climbed inside my PSU, but it could be anywhere. If i turn my computer on will it electrocute the spider or damage my computer in any way?

What kind of spider? Please don't say it's one of those tiny house spiders...please .

No just ignore it, it'll find its way out.

but what if it's a tarantula or camel spider?....he could be gaming or watching porn and then the spider will bit him and he will faint and then the  spider will eat him.

Run prime 95 and furmark, and disable all your fans.

 He didn't ask for way of cooking or destroying the spider or his PC.

Is my 5'6 Japanese gf with dainty hands really more brave than most of those who posted? She held a friends pet tarantula not too long and was excited.

There was a spider who lived in a persons pc and built cobwebs around the fan, it kept his pc cool and dust free, the person even gave him a name.

The bad news I was only part way through the book that killed it. It has a leg sticking out of it now.

I think I have severe arachnophobia, if there is such a thing. No matter what spider, I always get shaky as fuck. If I even see one, I get extremely scared and I either A: Shake a fuckton and stare at it or B: Catch it and on the way to drown it in the toilet, shake like hell. The smallest spider will scare me and will be the death of me.

Yes, you probably have it xD

It sucks, it's just something about them freaks the flying fuck out of me. when I see close-up pictures of their eight eyes, it sends a shiver down my spine :o

Gizmodo had a post a while back about these insane close-ups of spider eyes, and I literally was shaking as I scrolled down the page. I did it, hoping it would help ease my fear. It didn't.

Luckily I live in Vermont, so there aren't any black widows or brown recluses here. That would instantly make me think every spider was poisonous and out for my life :(

In all honesty, I am no more afraid of a black widow than a normal house spider. The fear is completely irrational.

The carcass fell down behind my desk... which is bad, i didn't have a chance to check it's demon heart had stopped.

And maybe try out bitcoin mining? And Dogecoin while you're at it... Litecoin sounds good too. Crysis isn't fun enough? Switch app and play some Metro. Don't close it though. The CPU can easily handle it.
