Be Quiet! releases pictures of their "Silent Base 800" case

Reminds me of the upcoming 780t, but the missing support for some beefy radiators is a dealbreaker to me

144Hz goodness

Don't care. Every time a silence optimized case comes out, thousands of whiners nag about there not being a window. Let them whine, I want my silent case.

I think the side panel is still a problem. I prefer a windowed side panel as long as it's constructed correctly as compared to this kind of side panel where the fan holes can potentially let sound and air out, thus increase noise.

So, for me at least, if you're going for a "silent" case, then the side panel either needs a well constructed window or just the metal panel without openings.

Most silent enthusiast cases these days have some form of sound deadening material, so frankly a case with just a metal panel or well constructed window doesn't fall into that catergory

The Black and Orange looks nice but why the redundant front intake filter?

Uh, metal panel yes it does, but you have a point for the window.

Also, "sound deadening" material doesn't cover the holes for airflow, so a metal panel with the material as opposed to a panel with a fan mount and material is obviously the best option.

Not a bad looking case at all, a bit "boring", but not bad!

Looks really good.  I'm interested to see how it compares to other PC cases since this is their first case.

No side window - no proper case

They have to bring a windowed version.

Though I'd applaud your saying they should release a side door with window. I can't agree on the first thing.

Yeah i know. :D But you allways have to overreact to get what you want. In fact a case without a windows is much easier to build in. You can use noctuas, and it will be more silent! :P

who cares...

I don't mind that it doesn't have a window, I would prefer one but I think its a pretty good looking case overall. I think they have enough of their own styling to stand out. I'm going to be looking for a case for my old system and something like this would be perfect. @LinusTech hurry up and review one!

CPU: AMD 5950X    MB: Asus ROG Crosshair VIII Dark Hero    RAM: HyperX Predator 64GB    GPU: Nvidia RTX 3090 Ti FE    SSD: Seagate FireCuda 530 2TB
PSU: EVGA 1200w P2    COOLING: EK AIO Elite 360    CASE: Fractal Design Torrent
