any tips on drinks that help you burn fat, so you can loss weight?

hello, im trying to loss some fat and i wanna get some feedback on how to do it and i thought what better site to ask about losing weight then Linustechtips lol, im 177cm(5'8), 80kg (used to be 60kg) i wanna loss the fat i gained, is their any drinks that help you loss weight like green tea or ginger ale tea that burns the fat?

Water. Drink more water, and drink a glass before every meal. Helps fill you up and make you eat less.

Before you fall for any of the weight loss coffees or teas floating around the internet, please familiarate yourself with http://reddit.com/r/antimlm because 100% of those products are placebos run by Multi Level Marketing companies shills that actually do absolutely nothing more than drinking water, eating healthy, and exercise would do in the first place.

I'd just drink water and eat less.

 

If you do more physical activities such as exercise, that will also help burn fat.

There's drinks that slow weight loss, but nothing that burns fat just from drinking, you need to exercise for that

Substitute one of your meal with nothing but pure carbonated dihydrogen monoxide. That will literally cut out 1/3 of your daily calories.

You're still just eating less. The water is not doing anything to help you lose weight

It prevents your stomach from crying out for food. I eat a combination of carbonated H2O and high protein food to prevent hunger while cutting down calories.

Also, aside from carbonated drinks, try limit fruit juices too especially the sweet ones as those are filled with sugar especially fructose. Also, when buying drinks at Starbucks, stay away from the Frappuccino since it's basically sugar (HFCS) with little coffee.

Neither creatine nor whey help you burn fat. Creatine is a supplement which our bodies use to synthesize phosphocreatine (which is used by your muscles for energy). Whey protein is a supplement for protein (humans need to consume protein to repair/grow muscle tissue). Neither or them are really required either, real food provides better sources of what these products supplement.

 

On a personal note though, I do actually use protein supplements post workout as I've found it to aid in my recovery time, but that's also because I normally wouldn't be eating for over an hour+ post workout and generally don't eat a ton.

 

Also interesting enough, Creatine actually will cause you to "gain" weight when you start taking it because it increases the amount of water in your body. 

 

OP: If you want to lose weight there is no magic drink or pill. Diet & exercise are the only way to go.

And by diet, I don't mean anything crazy crazy (no need to go vegan gluten free low carb etc ;)), just start by cutting out the really bad stuff like soda, juice, and other sweet things and go from there. Consciously try to make healthier choices, and just remember that the best diets are the ones that you'll stick to. 

 

EDIT: also, final remark, our bodies obey the laws of thermodynamics. If you eat more calories then your body utilizes in a day, you will gain weight. Therefore, the only way to lose weight is to consume less calories, utilize more calories, or both.

Ye, they both can support the building of muscle, and having more muscle == burning more calories. But if you just consume them on top of a normal diet then you'll probably not get the right type of """gains""" xD

The only thing you can eat/drink that will cause you to lose weight is a laxative. 

If you want to lose weight then you need to console less calories than you use. 

 

if you currently consume 3000 calories a day, then for example drinking 1 liter of water, or eating Creatine on top of those 3000 calories won't help you lose any weight.
