I would get the seasonic PSU and either one of the coolers will be fine. Difference in thermal paste won't really affect much.

Get whichever is cheaper, both are good units. You won't need 650 btw, a 550 would still be plenty for that system.

PC - CPU Ryzen 5 1600 - GPU Power Color Radeon 5700XT- Motherboard Gigabyte GA-AB350 Gaming - RAM 16GB Corsair Vengeance RGB - Storage 525GB Crucial MX300 SSD + 120GB Kingston SSD   PSU Corsair CX750M - Cooling Stock - Case White NZXT S340

Peripherals - Mouse Logitech G502 Wireless - Keyboard Logitech G915 TKL  Headset Razer Kraken Pro V2's - Displays 2x Acer 24" GF246(1080p, 75hz, Freesync) Steering Wheel & Pedals Logitech G29 & Shifter

because im using 4 140mm fan,amplifier,USB hub 3.0, do u think 550w still enough?

my plan using platinum because i read it from youtube, platinum make efficiency better, and then make electricity payment lower

(sorry for my bad english bro, lol)

Not sure what you mean by amplifier (like a usb headphone dac and amplifier?), but those are all really low rated components. Nothing to worry about.

Main rig: i7 8086K // EVGA Z370 Micro // 16GB Gskill TridentZ 3200Mhz CL14 // Sapphire Pulse RX 7800XT// a variety of noctua cooling // Corsair RM750x v2 //  Fractal Meshify C

Secondary rig: R5 3600 // MSI B450i Gaming Plus // 16GB Gskill FlareX 3200CL14 // MSI GTX 1080ti Gaming X // Cooler Master V650 // Fractal Meshify C

Audio setup: Audient iD4 // Adam A7X // Sennheiser HD 650 // Sennheiser HD 25-II // Audio Technica M50x // Sennheiser Momentum 4

The RMx is a better unit methinks, 550w is plenty. The efficiency rating on the FOCUS is mostly there for looks, it's not (much) better than a focus plus gold (which is definitely worse than an RMx)

so if 550w enough for my rig, i have 2 choice

1.bitfenix whisper 550w gold

2.corsair rm550x

which one better??

They're both good enough for me to not care about whichever one I'd put in my own system. Get the cheaper of the two :)

WhisperM, it uses the same platform as the RMx 2018 revision, but uses an FDB fan instead of the Rifle bearing fan used in the RMx

The Focus or Focus Plus? Compared to the Focus Plus, the Whisper M is quieter past a ~200W load, it has multi rail and it's probably easier to find custom cables for (it's compatible with the Corsair Type 4 cables). If you're comparing it to the semi modular Focus Gold, it's no question, the Whisper M.

The Focus Plus has a semi passive mode (the Focus does not) and it has a longer warranty (10 Vs 7 years on the Whisper M and Focus).

Fan is maybe 5W, amplifier at most 20W, USB hub 1W, no

Platinum isn't much.

Whisper M, unless you can get the BeQuiet Straight Power 11 the Whisper will be one of, if not the best gold rated PSUs available.
