the second thing is right. Assuming you do not use all the energy provided by the food so it gets stored as fat.

I get fat when I consume one bowl of fried chickens with BBQ, one bowl of fries, one bowl of soup, and half bowl of ice cream, one banana, and one mountain dew.

Food gets ingested mainly in your Small Intestine, so it takes a while. 

 

It it takes around a day to fully digest food.

 

if you are worried about putting on weight, then just follow the food pyramid and don’t worry about calories. It’s all about what you eat.

As long you are exercising than you don't even need that at all. The reason we get fat is we don't do exercise daily to burn the calories.

Eat less or normal and burn more. There's no need to go to these people when it comes to losing weight.

Unfortunately not. It’s important to get essential vitamins and minerals you can’t get from other foods. Food isn’t all about getting energy for the day. If you eat the wrong stuff you will get fat.

It would probably be best if they see a nutritionist if they're worried.  While the food nice is nice we don't know anything about their metabolism, their genetics, their health, daily activity, and so on.  It's not as simple as you're making it.

The food pyramid goes pretty well for the general population. As long as they don’t have any illness, in which case see a doctor, it should be fine.

You still have to do some exercises throughout the day whether you eat the good stuff nor the bad stuff.

Nope food pyramid is old and outdated. Many doctors don't recommend it now. It's called My Plate now

All the energy gathered from food is ultimately extracted by the small intestine . Your stomach does not actually absorb any energy from the food , it just breaks it down into a soup for the small intestine to process.

This means that if you were to upchuck just after eating , you wouldn't actually take in any calories . However this is highly unhealthy ,as people who do so regularly are called bulimics ( a mental health problem )  , who do often die from this illness.

exercise is definitely a great way to lose weight ( aerobics in particular ), and has plenty of additional benefits as well . But strictly speaking , it isn't required to lose weight , because weight gain is dictated based on calories in vs calories burned ( though both these variables depend on many factors) .You can just as well lose weight with exercise , but you just won't be developing muscle mass is all

It’s still a great model for eating healthy. You often aren’t going to need any special diet unless you are an athlete or trying to lose weight (for instance a low carbohydrate diet). Your body is designed to generate much of what it needs from other foods.

What I mean to say before is there is a lot of discrepancy in current practice, it’s only recently we are generating the correct data for standardised clinical practice. Many doctors disagree with each other on many things, it’s best to regard studies with questions like these.

I don’t recommend altering your body’s hormones or eating fried food or fast/instant food often or at all.

 

There are many supplements that can be beneficial but keep in mind they are often for very nieche individuals and definitely read the label. Most preworkouts, for instance, are just a big caffeine hit. They are definitely not for long term use, and can cause harm.

I can eat loads of food, high in fat or not, and I don't gain weight easily. I love eating Popusas, btw anyone tried them before?
