Maybe the cruddy americanized stuff is bland but if you're talking an actual piece of Parmigiano Reggiano then I'd have to disagree. Heck, it's used in a lot of Italian dishes because it has such a strong taste.

and most people ignore it, but just because a restaurant has it doesn't make it less bland. As a matter of fact I'd argue that the reason pizza hut has it is it's cheap to have some powdered parmesan, while it is much more expensive for them to have a block of colby jack or muenster and a cheese grater at every table. 

Insanity is not the absence of sanity, but the willingness to ignore it for a purpose. Chaos is the result of this choice. I relish in both.

It was good but I felt like my mouth was bleeding. It was still delicious. The regular Munster from the store is much more mild thankfully. I guess I've had a rather limited assortment of cheese but here goes:

 

Pepper Jack.

 

If I'm making something that needs cheese I usually use Pepperjack, while In something that doesn't have cheese too central I don't really care that much (there is something called "Cheese", no idea what kind it is but it tastes pretty good) Just eating slices of Pepperjack is amazing, but I also use Mozzerela on occasion, I guess I've not tried enough cheeses and stuff to really say I have a favorite and have it be very meaningful.

I am cutting back ever since I watched a Post Mortem on Netflix of an overweight woman who was 5'5" and whatever 17 stone is. Her belly fat was like 8" thick, slimy and buttery.

Yeah this. Also Grana Padano is also another good hard Italian cheese imo.

 

I personally like a good strong blue, something like a Gorgonzola or Stilton. So much flavour. But I also don't mind something a little more soft & mild like a Jarlsberg as well, the sweet nutty flavour is great. But also saying that a vintage Australian tasty (similar to a cheddar) is always good, at least 24 months aged, but much prefer the crumbly texture and strong flavour of a 36 month aged one.

True. But the warranty on cheese is amazing. If your fart smells outside of normal operating spec, they will not only refund the price of the cheese but also give you a bottle of fiber one to help clean your system and a free whitey tighty for replacement
