All complaints about moderation that I have been made aware of have either been completely unfounded or the result of misunderstandings or miscommunication, but if there was a case of moderator abuse then we would consider that to be a serious problem, and deal with it accordingly.   C

English is fine, except for the fact that I keep trying to fix stuff, just like me editing the posts right after I submit them.
German reminds me of stuff like "doppelkupplungsgetriebe", which automatically makes me fall back to PT.
Spanish "sounds" too dramatic/funny (e.g. Usurpadora, Chaparrón Bonaparte, Chapulín, El Chavo, etc...).

No idea what that expression means. If I had to guess, I would say it is a brand of biscuits from Georgia, but that doesn't make any sense.

Yes and no.
It is a joking reference to the dialect, accent and stuff like that and TBH, people down here don't care - We joke about it amongst ourselves too. 
As for me, I'm a native "Rammer-jammer-yellow-hammer" speaker, so to say I'm "Fluent" in some "Southern" dialects isn't inaccurate at all.  

And if you head down to certain areas of the Gulf Coast that's when you'll notice a BIG chance in dialect heard (Cajun). 
It even sounds somewhat foreign because it's based somewhat on a different root language than what we speak would be.

Words used in phrases and expressions, for example can confuse you because (Seriously) it's not what your brain was expecting to hear and your "Comprehension" gets thrown for a loop at times.
That's essentially for any language/dialect different than your own until you've had a little experience with it, then your brain can start working with and around it but it does take time.

It's an actual dialect but not 100% accurate - Most when they try to emulate our dialect overdo it and we hear this with ease in most cases.
It's not often you'll deceive us for long after we've spent a few minutes around or even with you.

By the same token I can sound like a Brit but no way I could fool a real Briton and I've had folks from different places actually think I was from the UK more than once....
And I wasn't trying to deceive them or emulate the Brits themselves when it happened.

Well, I believe that this applies to all languages when a foreigner speaks them or you suddenly try to emulate a dialect. I could probably try to emulate the Saxon dialect but my uncle (who has been living in Saxony for a very long time) would probably be able to tell immediately that I'm just trying to sound ike that. I'm actually horrible at emulating dialects.

Thing is the show wasn't trying to go for realism, it was a comedy and was done so it was obvious it was a "Spoof" for comedic effect yet at the same time it fit the character she was playing. Use of emphaisisms/phrases used by her were for comedic effect to fit the character but we don't use them so liberally here.

A good example of someone really trying to emulate it was Jody Foster in "Silence of the lambs", she played an FBI agent originally from the south but she overdid it when she played her part.
Myself and others like me picked up on it right away, the so-called "Southern Drawl" was over emphasised and no way she could have taken too seriously by a true southerner. Not alot of emphasisms used by her but from our point of view she was "Trying" too hard to sound like us and it showed, i.e. it wasn't being done in a naturally sounding way.
