a hard boiled egg's yolk is rough on the tongue, so having it soft boiled would suit ramen noodles more, imo

 

fun fact: cooking egg has a lot of science behind the denaturization of the egg whites and yolk, look it up and cook the perfect egg for your dish!

yosh, look up the denaturization temperature vs texture for eggs

it's a very broad field of study to cook the perfect egg for a dish

 

i always tell people to start learning to cook with egg dishes, easy and cheap, and yummy

but can also be very in-depth if you dive deeper

 

edit: bonus point too when you failed flipping an omelette, you can still make scrambled eggs

I used to be opposed to pinapple on pizza for moral (read: contrarian) reasons, but after trying it recently, I can't say it's all that bad. Still not my first choice though.
