Technically everyone but the critical staff could be working from home and it'd be exactly the same. And the building would shrink from 10-story to the size of my barn.

Everything's so terribly planned.

Yep lol

There's way too many people in the office.

The people that want to work from home just don't want to be here and myself liking the office I feel like working from home because there's too many people now.

WFH people should be allowed to WFH imo.

If they suck at working then they suck at working and it will show.

Because I don't have a car, well, I do have a car but it's a piece of junk that breaks down in the most inconvenient places and at the most inconvenient times.

Get a scooter or motorcycle.

This reminds me: why didn’t anyone ever tak a Segway and dress it up like an Egyptian war chariot?  Maybe with a couple dachshunds on leashes in front? It would be awesome.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

I can use the bicycle but not when it rains.

This is the beauty of junker cars.  Anything that moves is worth at least $400.  Just for the transported metal weight.  Buy one for $500, drive it till it’s near death, drop it off at the junkyard, and get what you paid for it.  Electrics are worth a lot more as they contain higher value metals.  More copper and aluminum, and maybe som lithium too.  Fiberglass cars are often with near nothing though that way.  Need to pull the body panels and sell em.

That’s what those weird looking bike windshields are for.  The problem with rain and a moving vehicle is the rain effectively comes at you and the faster you co the harder it hits.  I’ve heard of motorcyclists wearing wetsuits.  Not because of the amount of water but because they’re made of closed cell foam.

American beers have so much crap in them it ridiculous, the Bavarian's were the first to do it the proper way Barley, Hops, and Water. And it was not meant to be shipped half way across the country or in some cases even to the next town. Weißbier, get away with using wheat instead by not calling them beers but Weißbier.

And light beers are made from week old filtered dog piss, because the neighborhood cats are too intelligent to cooperate.

Ah.  The famous beer purity law.   I forget why that was enacted.  There was a period where national brands did a bunch of weird stuff, one of which was adding a bunch of rice.  There are only a few of those though.  The US beer scene is a lot more than national brands though.  While arguably true 30 years ago, These days it’s actually a lot more healthy than the one in Germany.

Paved roads haven't been invented yet.

Those things do kind of win for weird.  They were used by the German army in Ww2. I forget what they are called.  Part of the whole half track thing.

I was thinking of something more like this

This one is actually called a bicycle umbrella.  One side effect is you can go a LOT faster with one.  To the point that they are sometimes used just for that and are often illegal in races.
