RDP disconnect when you start a network file copy

I access a Windows 11 Pro machine using Remote Desktop Client. I notice that whenever I remote desktop to the windows box and then copy files from a NAS to the windows box, I get a disconnect and I can't reconnect until the copying is complete. I think the copy file is overwhelming the network connection and causing the RDP client to disconnect. Is there a workaround?

Try inspect event LOGs, these disconnections isn't normal at all — my backup workstation do backups with Veeam, in parallel get SQL dumps, rsync offsite with 100 MBps, copy to USB3 external HDD at 150 MBps all day and night long, but I connect via RDP to it and use as supervising workstation in LAN, use Firefox, Thunderbird, even connect to other workstations via RDP — it's a 10 year old i7-67xx with 32 GB and SSD...

ad infinitum
