I've never used Blender personally (for anything other than converting models in other formats to .blend so I can import to Unity), I prefer Cinema 4D's interface. It's all down to preference. Without a point of comparison it's hard to say, having not used both. But I like the texturing system's level of detail and customization (especially for metal, wood, concrete etc materials), the ability to create procedurally generated landscapes and textures, light and reflection customization options for different scenes (raytraced vs shadow maps, etc.) I also think C4D renders can look quite a lot better than Blender renders but again, opinion. I've also heard Blender crashes a lot but that may just be a meme - Cinema 4D is a bit unstable too, especially on older GPU drivers (late 2000s GPUs barely launch it, luckily Kepler based cards and above and Radeon RX cards and above run it fine)

Makes sense. Blender sure has it's quriks. One thing I'm kind of jelous of C4D for is it's Cineware plug-in for After Effects. It's SO easy to import anything into AE. But hey, Blender is free so there's nothing stopping you from giving it a try. Maybye I can try to convice you into joining the Blender cult!
