I completed my retro PC capture setup.  It can capture both RGBHV and DVI/HDMI and audio out of a retro PC for capture in a modern PC.  It may seem strange to go with a Cam Link 4K as a capture device here, but the Cam Link 4K has native support for a range of 4:3 resolutions, like 640x480, 800x600, 1024x768, 1280x960 and 1600x1200.  Even 'nicer' capture devices from Elgato seemed to refuse to work with non 'HD' resolutions.  This will capture 4:2:2 YUY2 losslessly.  In the case of my Windows ME PC, it has a Radeon X800, so we're using DVI/HDMI workflow and avoiding any analog signal issues, however the Crestron HD-Scaler can input RGBHV as well (Though I have no RGBHV splitter at this time)

Old Alienware laptop, forget the full name but it was the last laptop they made and released before being bought out by Dell, it was my Dad's main computer until far into the 2010s. All the data had been lost on it so I used the Alienware Respawn discs it came with to reinstall Windows XP. Haven't done anything with it since but it was cool to see it running again considering how much time I spent watching youtube on it near the end of us using it.

Also a side note the background and theme were not originally bliss on this laptop it was the alienware logo but I decided to change it to bliss for the nostalgia factor.

@Bitter That's no RTX card, it is an RT.X100. This is what Wikipedia tells me.

(The RT.X100 Pro Suite is a real-time PCI video editing card manufactured by Matrox Corporation. With the use of Adobe Premiere it enables a real time preview on TV or Video Monitor. It is generally bundled with Adobe Premiere Pro (video editing software), Adobe Audition (digital audio editor), and Adobe Encore DVD (for the creation of DVDs). The RT.X100 Pro Collection adds a copy of Adobe After Effects (special effects software). It was released in 2003 and meant to replace the Matrox RT2500.)

My K7 board arrived, seller kindly chucked in a 512mb DDR stick, all I had were 2 64mb…

This is an emachines board but I have reason to believe it was made by Asus from the font of the name. Here is a confirmed Asus board

The font is the same. I’ve also seen this same font in other generic green OEM boards, they made a lot for HP that the board layout and name was similar to the black retail model seen above.

I’ll pair it with an Athlon XP (not sure what model I have but I think it’s a 3200, board I found it in didn’t work).

I built someone a computer with an E2140 that they were using until spring 2020. It wasn't doing great but it was still working.

That's an ASUS board. They've made many different boards for OEMs over the years. Seen a bunch in HP machines, though I've also seen some ECS boards in them as well.

I've got a similar one.

I recall those being low binned C2Ds that they clocked down a bit and sold as Pentiums. Mine is close in spec to a Core 2 Duo e7300 but was released with the Pentium e5300 name.

Looks to be in pretty nice condition. Where'd you find it?

It's the old office computer at my family's business I found in a cabinet in a back room.  Still has the plastic dust cover on it from when they stuck it in there.  Took it off for the picture.

That's fantastic. Boots? Loads disks? In that good of a condition it would be worth a decent bit sold.

Was poking around in a closet and came across a couple interesting items.  Not sure what happened to the F7 and F11 keys, maybe they went for a slurpee. 🙂

It's an old 10/100 NIC with an AMD PCnet chip.
