Guaranteed to hit 4.35 on 1 core, yes. Not that useful tbh lol. If it does 4.3 on all cores, that'd be news.

If it can hit 4.35 on one core chances are it can hit it on all cores. Probably will need really good cooling but still should be able to hit it on more than one core.

They look decent but I think I'm ok with my 1800X.  Though for new builders its nice!
