CHARGED TWICE FOR FLOATPLANE CLUB

@nicklmg i sent you guys an email telling you that i have been charged twice for floatplane this month.

 

i have had no reply to my email or a refund for one of the charges.

can you let me know what is going on please, also i sent a screenshot of the charges to you guys

Due to CES, there's a bit of a backlog of support requests at the moment. Assuming you sent the email to floatplanehelp@gmail.com, your support request will be dealt with in due course, but there's nothing that can be done to speed that up.

guess i will wait until friday, after that i will go to my bank and have them pull the money back, been an LTT fan for a while, also all the staff they have, i dont agrre with CES as being a reason, sorry

Agree or disagree, that's the reason. We are far from ramped up and we don't have dedicated support staff yet. It's all coming!

That's what you get with this early usage of a program/service. You don't get super great customer support. The team of LMG has been hard at work on CES coverage (that you get early, by the way), so don't bash them for having to wait for a reply email.

He gave you a link that might help you get a response on your problem. Exact reason you made this thread is for help so no you didnt tag him in it but he provided some info unsure if you knew about or used the support wizard already. Hes not physic and cant know What email you Emailed from the first post.
