Posted December 25, 2017 This is a ridiculous question to ask here given what info you have provided. It all depends on what kind of games he's into. If he likes shooters it's XBox all the way with Battlefield, Overwatch, COD WWII, and a much better version of Doom. If it's RPGs I'd probably go Switch just for BOTW. But Switch also has a few really interesting RPGs in the pipeline in Shin Megami Tensei V and Project Octopath Traveler. Plus they should have a new Fire Emblem game in 2018 and they have some great DS/3DS RPG series like Bravely Default and Pokemon that should find their way to the Switch too, If he likes sim driving then it's XBox all the way because of Forza. Also, would that individual prefer a full blown console media box or a mobile gaming system. The Switch and Xbox are very different on what each can do. As stated the Switch is a nice portable gaming system.
