Works fine, won't improve performance in games at all.

A 580 isn't much faster than a 390, so id just keep the 390 or get a 1070 or higher.

Hi guys.

Can I add different gpu for my pc

I have powercolor r9 390x devil

If I add msi rx 580 8gb  or any card

I will get better performance or what ?

you cant use both of those at the same time, the RX 580 will preform better as a single card

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

But as you said it's won't work

yes that does work, but it needs game support, and only a few games currently support it, and im guessing that won't go up quickly. I wouldn't buy a card hoping to use that feature.

like electronics wizardry said, that's only supported by ONE game. it's basically a tech demo for now. not worth buying into.
