Nvidia GTC Keynote

Nvidia GTC keynote tomorrow May 10th 2017, at 9AM Pacific Standard Time. Can't wait to hear what new stuffs they have. And do not sell your current GTX 1070 / 1080 / 1080Ti / TitanXP / Titan Xp , like until after the keynote. Last time, some of us here learned that the hard way...

wow if nvidia shows off volta they have some major bulls, first you replace the titian x (pascal)  it with a 1080ti with a strong performance upgrade then followed it up a few months later titan Xp..... way to treat your customers, far all they care you're a walking ATM

It's definitely not gonna be a full on Volta announcement. Maybe talking a bit about arch and perhaps announcing something like the P100 but no way it's gonna be an announcement. 10nm is only available at Samsung rn and that's still not very mature. Volta isn't practical, especially they just released the 1080 ti and people would be PISSED if they released Volta now

If we're lucky maybe they'll announce a 1060ti (although with a much more stupid name I'm sure) to maybe make AMD eat a little bit of shit on the 580 but it's still close enough that they might not care to.

Doubt it. Pascal hasn't been out long and the 900 series lasted around 3 years..Pascal has only been out since October.

If they release a 1060Ti then every 1060 owner, including the ones with mobile 1060s, will fly their trigger flags high.  I HIGHLY doubt they will, but they pulled the Titan Xp out of their ass, so I can only imagine what else is in there..

900 series lasted about 20 months and Pascal came out in May of 2016.....

if they release new GPUs, my new rig will be postponed by a couple of months, AGAIN!

seriously, i might as well wait till my birthday to get a new rig....it's been on hold for 3-5 months! and broken, burnt computer parts sell for nothing on ebay! so it's harder to get new parts!
