1080ti 3 way sli

SirFlamenco

Hi :D

I am just posting here to know if 3 1080ti in SLI are worthing the hefty price tag?

So true it hurts

No.  Nvidia doesn't support SLI past 2 cards and the performance gains a minimal

Want to custom loop?  Ask me more if you are curious

I know this, but you can get it to work with modern drivers.

So true it hurts

Not with the Pascal architecture, i have seen many videos and topics on it. 1070's and 1080's dont work at least. About the term "work" it works but there is no performance gain so its dumb, and small amounts of motherboards support 3 way

you can buy a system with 3 or 4 1080 none ti in sli so it must work in something otherwise nobody would buy it.  :P

I honestly would settle with a normal 2way sli... the scaling isn't that great with a third card after all... if you simply want to spend money why not 2way sli the Quadro P6000? or wait for the Titan X Volta next year and dual sli it?
