Getting wifi internet to "neighbours" house

i own two houses that are neighbors with one another and i live at one house, my nephew in the other. 

 

i asked my ISP to install internet there but they said i am not allowed to as it is one modem per customer. 

 

i am allowed to extend the range to their other house though. 

 

running a wire isnt possible. 

 

whats the best way to get internet there?  i was thinking a wireless range extender

i have an asus 1750 router

why is running a wire not possible? a wifi extender probably wont be powerful enough

you can get outside Ethernet cables

May not be the absolute best option, but one of these mounted on each house pointing at each other is going to be vastly more reliable and faster than doing repeaters: https://www.amazon.com/Ubiquiti-Litebeam-M5-23-GHz-airMAX/dp/B014S1JJVM/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1482638451&sr=8-1&keywords=ubiquiti+litebeam

 

You'd then need a wireless access point inside the second house, and a switch if you want to hardwire devices. The litebeams are essentially a wireless ethernet cable.

 

What is the distance between the houses?

Well the wireless AC standard should be able to reach a solid part of the way across the home...  Especially if the homes are even remotely close.

I don't have it yet, since I won't need it for like 5 more months, but it says it can cover 10,000 square feet
