How to wipe storage (updated)

I'm trying to wipe my PC and install Tiny11 but I keep getting this screen and it won't complete the disk check/repair.

I don't have any important documents or files so don't mind wiping all my drives, FYI the D drive is not the primary windows drive so should I remove it and then try turning on my PC?IMG_20240518_010641.thumb.jpg.53767dcf19d13892f1af09096dfbd5ee.jpg

I have already created the USB installation drive with the (no sysreq) ISO using Rufus but I'm also struggling to get the PC to boot off the USB

USB is plugged in the top right USB port

I also get this screen when trying to tinker around with the boot options

I don't trust "custom Windows distros". You never know what they chopped out, or added.

Try remaking the drive using the official Windows 11 media creation tool.

That happens when you put the PC in legacy mode. You want it in UEFI mode.

I sold my soul for ProSupport.

How do I do that? Isn't it in UEFI mode by default?

Check for a setting like "CSM" in the BIOS. That should be disabled. Enabling it will enable backwards compatible legacy mode (Compatibility Support Module)

Did that, now I'm in the windows installer for Tiny 11, but I can't install it onto my drives because it says their GPT format.

Tried refreshing and reformatting the drives from the installer but it doesn't seem to format it into an installable format.

Update: I'm very frustrated, I want to nuke it all and start over again.

First let me explain my storage setup:

  1. SanDisk 240GB SATA (formerly windows drive)
  2. Kingston A2000 1TB NVME
  3. WD 500GB HDD

I did manage to get Tiny11 installed on the Kingston but it wouldn't boot. The BIOS kept detecting the windows boot manager on the SanDisk so I thought if I format the Sandisk then maybe it would boot?

It did not

I think I installed Win11 3 times on the Kingston because in the windows repair utility it showed 3-4 buttons that indicated Win11.

At this point I give up, I just want to wipe my drives and install normal Win11.

Is that possible on the pc or would I need to disconnect the drives?
