Just like with everything else, I don't think I have a favorite of something as each food can offer their own experience and niche, but one of the best types of food that I think exists is chili.

Choices like these are a fucking nightmare xD 

Every culture has done something amazing in terms of food. 

If i had to pick one it would have to be danish cuisine. Because that is what i was born and raised with.

Fried eel. Roast pork with crackling, Roast duck, Beer bread, apple pork, Frikadeller, Fried rye bread with bacon, egg and fried tomatoes.

I could go on forever.. Its food that'll keep you energized for most of the day. 

Closely followed by swedish husmanskost. 

But there is so much good stuff out in the world. Turkish food is fantastic. Chinese food is good. Sushi and japanese dishes are great. mmm Fried squid.. 

French food is good. But usually served in portions unfit for human beings over the age of two. German food is awesome etc etc.

the thing with asian food is that it is not filling. All you can eat buffet and you are hungry again a few hours later.

Fettuccine Alfredo has too much butter in the sauce, but I do like it on occasion myself.

Asian Cuisine for me is the best out of the rest.

 

I mean, other types of cuisine are kind of boring in taste but that's just me xD.

I love sashimi, personally.

 

That being said, almost any truly fine dining that I've come across so far has had such interesting and unique flavor combinations that I'd be happy with just about anything. 

 

Maybe that's just because I love food though.

I don't know why people put pineapples to pizza, it tastes awful. My favorite is a thin crust pizza with a lot of mozzarella cheese.

I like hawaiian pizza, fruit never hurts nothing. I love the taste of pineapple by itself as well. Gotta eat healthy when you are old like me.

I like Italian, but the top for me has to be good quality Indian food. The flavours, the spices...

Indian is one I dislike the most. Though American Indian and Chinese is totally different then authentic cuisines.

Indian food cause I get to eat it so infrequently (It's been close to 10 years now).

 

Of the stuff I eat more commonly toss up  between Italian and Chinese. Italian tastes just great but Chinese I can eat like weekly without getting bored even a little bit and it's the cheapest ready to go that's actually well served (other things are cheaper here in Mexico but not nearly as plentiful)

I was watching a YouTube video about Chicken Tikka Masala, an Indian food and tried to make it the other night. Boy it does taste good but there's a caveat, I was woken up by acid reflux. I think it's because of the spices like the Kashmiri chili powder. But nonetheless, it tastes good.

Indian, preferable curry (slowly working my way up to their level of hot).

 

2nd would be Japanese shasimi and nigiri.
