Well something isn't right, my score with my 660 Ti's was about double that so that would mean that one of my old 660 Ti's would be as fast as your 290, we both know that's impossible so there is definitely an issue. Go into the CCC and ensure that V-sync is forced off got all applications and try to run the test again.

It was set to 'off, unless application specifies' and I changed it to 'always off' and it made no difference, so its not that either

How are your temps? are you throttling? when was your last driver install? you could update your driver if it isn't the most recent non-beta driver or if it is you could try a clean re-install of the driver.

Temps are fine bro, 65 max running valley, yep tried re-installing drivers, tried beta drivers, nothing worked, one thing to note, her power supply fan is going pretty hardout, its a CM GX750 bronze, but I did the power supply test in OCCT and it didn't screw up, so might be unrelated, but I cant figure it out

Did you run a log of GPU-z to check for clocks during the run?

The GPU should render a lot more frames per second than the maximum 60. Is the framerate capped by Rivatuner?

144Hz goodness

That 12v rail is a bit lower than I would like to see. Does she or you have a DMM to measure the actual 12v rail off the PSU (a molex cable will work nicely) and confirm if it dips that low? This may not necessarily be related to the low scores though.

In the first image, the core throttled a lot. Is that during the valley run or in between runs?

I ran mine with the same fan speed as him before i noticed he wasn't on a reference cooler when with the core at 780ish most of the run i broke 51 FPS average for the final score

System CPU : Ryzen 9 5950 doing whatever PBO lets it. Motherboard : Asus B550 Wifi II RAM 80GB 3600 CL 18 2x 32GB 2x 8GB GPUs Vega 56 & Tesla M40 Corsair 4000D Storage: many and varied small (512GB-1TB) SSD + 5TB WD Green PSU 1000W EVGA GOLD

Yeah in between runs, I am really thinking its her power supply as even after benchmarks the fan sounds so loud on the powersupply

Update: so I ran it in Heaven 4.0 for over an hour, on the highest DX11 settings just to see what it would settle at:
