EASELY under 60c under full aida load thanks to my zalman CNPS 9000 running the fan at 30% (the slowest % you can push it w/ it stopping) :P

What do you expect from a large die? That's actually a side effect of them being so old. My Xeon X5450 (45nm, C0 stepping) can be run at 4.4GHz will consuming shitloads more power (over double what my 4790K consumes at 4.8GHz) and running slightly cooler than the 4790K under my Seidon 120V. Also, the TIM was the cause of problems only with Haswell and Broadwell, just look at what Sandybridge and Skylake can reach on air-its just that Intel's 22nm and 14nm quad core CPU have die that are too small to safely solder.

They did, many years ago. Didn't do too well. Another fact is that Hyundai used to make RAM, back in the DDR2 days. But Samsung's reach is very wide from real estate, to ship building, down to the processors for your chips.

There aren't any rockets on that :P Also, just saying, they left gaps in the panels on the skin of the aircraft because it got so hot during supersonic flight the panels would expand and seal the gaps.
