1. shitpost on the forum

2. get off PC

3. do some other stuff (drawing? reading a magazine? etc.)

4. wash face and brush teeth

5. jump into bed

Really depends on the day... I always make time to catch some youtube videos to fall asleep to. 

 

If normal then its a bit like; 

Food

Reading/games

hygiene

YT/sleep

Take zyrtec

turn on the heating pad for my bed

turn off the lights.

tell my dog he cant sleep in the bed

tell him again when he comes back

Well, most of the time :

- Play video game until i see that i'm late, and it's gonna be hard to wake up tomorrow

- Rush in my bed

- Realizing that i need to pee...

- Going to bathroom to brush my teeth

- Returning to bed

- Realizing that i'm thirsty

- etc... until 1 hour later, when i'm finally asleep :D

Brush teeth. 

Stay on computer until ~12:30

Go to bed and browse reddit on phone for ~30 minutes until I get sleepy.

Sleep.

From 5pm, when I get off work, I watch YT videos and eat dinner. At 8pm I've been playing Witcher III and at 10pm I lay down and turn on a random Giantbomb quick look and pass out to that.

Well after I'm done watching youtube/playing games:

 

-get out of my room and get some food

-realize i havent showered 

-shower

-"go-to bed" and watch more youtube until i fall asleep and wake up with a dead phone

I get home at 6 to 6:30 so I am usually still commuting. As soon as I get home I usually launch a few youtube videos (there's always at least a couple on my subs box) and browse forums, facebook, twitter. Might game a little bit but at around 7pm I grab something to eat (sometimes cooking, sometimes leftovers from lunch and sometimes I buy something) and take my medicines (Reflux and diabetes pills) and continue watching videos.

 

By 8 or so I usually put a longer video or music and crash to sleep usually from 8 or 9 pm until 3 am or so, sometimes 2 am sometimes 4 am depending on how tired I am.

That's what morning wood's for. Well that or finding a really early rising mate which is rare, but I think I have just have to wait for her to come back from a trip to try that.

Go to the bathroom and get ready for bed
