The only things I remember having in my first built PC is an 8800 gt, core 2 quad, 120GB HDD, Antec case, 4GB DDR2. I'm probably still wrong. I don't need to remember the specs of my old computers.

CPU - It was either a Core or Nehalem Celeron

Mobo - I think it may have been a Gigabyte motherboard

RAM - 4GB of DDR3 1066

PSU - Some cheap 430watt power supply

GPU - Might have been a GT 210 or something around that performance bracket

Case - Just something taken from an old dell

It was for office use so it did what it needed to.

My first PC built (with the help of my dad I was a bit young at the time) had some blisteringly fast specifications xP

CPU: AMD Athlon x2 240 @ 2.8 GHz

Motherboard: Asus M2N68-AM Plus

RAM: 2GB of DDR2 800

HDD: 350GB WD Caviar Blue

PSU & Case: I believe it's a bundle, by Raidmax

Only way I know these specs is I recently rebuilt it with a handed down GTX 260, Antec 300, and Antec 650w PSU!  This thing is a monster!  Well okay maybe not but it worked for me at the time and now it'll work for my dad to do whatever Microsoft Office stuff he needs.. lol!

intel 486 (80486) 66MHz, 16MB Ram, some very small harddisk and something resembling a GPU, can't remember more detail as it's been a while. That's pre Pentium aera (around 1990) for the youngsters.

My first and my current self build:

i5 4460

8 gb ram

Gtx 970

Corsair 550w

240 gb ssd

Phanteks enthoo pro

tons of hdd

3 Asus vn24h monitors

Logitech z506

The reason i chose the i5 was that i wanted an i7 4790k but couldnt afford it so i bought the cheapest i5 possible.

I currently have plans on upgrading to

4790k

980ti (selling the 970 ofc)

32 gb ram

a gold or better rated psu

and watercooling :)

I haven't built a PC yet. :(

I can't remember my first PC's specs but it was an IBM laptop with an Intel Pentium and it ran Windows XP.

My oldest PC I sorta remember was an A-OPEN Intel Celeron + 1GB RAM Windows XP computer. This computer lasted quite a while and was decently fast for the time, until the integrated graphics died and then the whole computer after that...

The oldest PC I currently own is an AMD Athlon XP 3200+ - 2GB RAM - A dying ATI Radeon 9550 256MB AGP GPU :( - 120GB SATA HDD - GIGABYTE 7VM400AM-RZ - Cheap no-name chinese 300W PSU - Windows XP Professional SP3 machine. It runs Windows XP like a boss and is generally snappy - except while browsing the Internet.

PC:

AMD Ryzen 9 5900X | AMD Radeon RX 7900 GRE | 32 GB RAM | Arch Linux

Laptop:

MacBook Pro 13" (2019) | Intel Core i5 8279U | 8 GB RAM | macOS

Server:

Intel Core i7 6700K | 16 GB RAM | 2 TB HDD | Debian Linux

This was so long ago...

I know I had an Athlon in it with a K6 motherboard or something like that... and with a 3DFX Voodoo 3 graphics card.  It was housed in my old prebuilt Acer tower, then moved it to a Thermaltake Xaser III.

ANCIENT!
