Attach your keyboard, mouse, monitor. Press the power button and hold the DEL button. You should arrive at the BIOS in a few seconds.

so i have 1 cord that came with my montior it has to blue ends and to screws on it with the letter r one fits on my montior but the other doesnt fit on my pc

Your motherboard doesn't have VGA. In this case install the GPU and use the DVI adapter that came with it, if any.

And remember to screw down the GPU and add the PCIe power cables that it requires.

montior turns on button is yellow & pc wont turn on

Do you remember where the Power sw leads were placed? remove it and bridge the two pins with a screwdriver.

i pluged the montior into the gpu

You have to touch them with the screwdriver gently for the electric current to pass through them.

maybe i didnt plug in the power sw and power led in right? linus rly didnt show me much on where to plug them in just said the name of the component thats bout it

Linus could only speak in broad terms since every company uses different layouts. Which is why I provided the picture for the leads.

You may have put them in the right spot but didn't flip them correctly.

On the back of the power sw there's a triangle. Look at the diagram I sent you and find that the Power SW goes to the 3rd and 4th pin on from the top left with the triangle being on the 3rd pin.

Order doesn't matter. Look right below where they connect and use that as a guide.
