There's a switch on the back of the PSU, flip it and press the power button.

The LED should only be on if your PC is turned on.

Starting on the top row from the left: Power LED+, Power LED-, Power SW. Test the computer.

where do i plug power sw?

You'll plug the Power LED+ in the first pin, Power LED- in the second, and the Power SW next to that. In this order.

nope

Flip the switch on the PSU. IF it doesn't work, grab the Power SW and flip it over but place it in the same location.

First you need to add the CPU thermal paste and the cooler.

Add the PCIe connector to the GPU.

 

Once that's done, take the Power SW off and touch the two pins with a flat head screwdriver.

Don't use your computer without the cooler. Your CPU isn't designed to dissipate all of it's heat by itself.

 

I'm going to bed but take the Power SW off and touch the two pins with a flat head screwdriver.

Let me know if you make any progress.

I noticed something. In the upper left you have a power cable coming from the power supply.

 

Remove it.
