actually. for some reason the extra AM standoff screw doesnt screw all the way

Threads may have been stripped. One option would be to try another of the preinstalled screws in the offending location if possible. Another would be getting a tap/die and retooling the hole.

ok. now i got everything in besides video card & power supply plugs i have no idea where to put them and 4 wires that came with the case

You should have a 24-pin (it's large, has two rows of pins) route that behind your tower and as close to the connector as possible.

Now look at the board's plug. It should have a little lip that matches with the 24 pin. Plug it in.

There should be a 8-pin connector. It's split 4 and 4 standard. Do the same as before.

Next comes the power test. Plug in your monitor to the motherboard and bridge the power pins with something metal, flat, and NOT sharp.

Yes.

You have to do the same as the 24 pin.

Right next to the I/O panel, do you see an 8-pin socket?

You have to connect the 2 4-pins (they only attach one way) and you have to plug it in the 8-pin socket.

GPU has it's own PCIe connectors.

If you're looking at your board. The socket is at the top left.

Okay, I'm looking at the PC partpicker link you gave a while back. The extra 4-pin can be set out of the way, just don't cut it as this one is necessary.

Power test. Hook up your monitor to the motherboard.

Look in your mobo manual and find the power pins. You have to bridge those with a flat screwdriver or a key. If it turns on and shows an image, hold DEL or whatever key you need for the BIOS.
