i did not because i dont know how . i rather just set everything up and have it power on at the end

Alright. It'll make things a little difficult.

 

Add your RAM making sure that the divot is lined up with the slot. Push them straight down and click them into place.

 

Afterwards, grab a bundles of cables that come from the front panel.

Yes. Should be a ton of them. Ones saying Power Sw, reset sw, etc.

Use this image to install the wires. Take note that the cables may have a triangle or arrow on one side. That's the positive lead and HAS to match with the positive pin.

i dont understand that image do i plug the cpu fan looks like little needles

No you have to install the bundle of cables that come from the front of the case. I'll post LTT's video.

You did use HD audio and not AC '97, right? Right?

If you did, connect the PC to a monitor for the POST without GPU test.

ok only thing that needs to be conntecd is the optical, sdd, hdd, and gpu which im lost and stuck right now. haha does that matter

No, while some people do attach things before POST, it should be done without the GPU so that a RAM issue can be tracked down. Once it POSTs, get into the BIOS and check if it detects all of your RAM and its frequency. If it does, save and shut down.
