Apple copied Samsung with gold iPhone

As it turns out, the first Samsung Galaxy S4 in gold was announced for the UAE on August 27th, and was sold on September 8th. That means that the gold version of Samsung's Android flagship was being sold two days before the gold Apple iPhone 5s was even introduced.

 

 

it feels like it was just coincidence because it would take quite a while to produce them in mass quantities

How would Apple produce so many gold iPhone 5S's within that time frame JUST to copy Samsung?

 

I feel like it was a coincidence.

 

 

 

 

 

Who had leaked gold phones first? Because iPhone 5S gold had been leaked for quite a while

You can't "copy" a color...

It was most likely just a coincident that both of them decided to make gold colored versions of their flagship devices.

F***** hell really? This piece of news is so, but so irrelevant that I'm surprised it came from phonearena... Apple released a phone with gold color just like Samsung, SO WHAT???? Now everyone has to whine about everything... Not even an Apple fan (actually I don't like the iPhone at all) but this is getting ridiculous...

People where whining that Samsung were coping Apple with the golden Galaxy S 4 on a lot of tech site and as it turns out they were faster than Apple to the gold phone.

2 days is not enough time to copy something like that. It definitely makes those articles about how Samsung is copying Apple by releasing a gold S4 look pretty ignorant, but nothing more.

That's what people sound like right now, I am by no means an Apple fan (yeah okay, I hate Apple) but so what if they have the same colour? Most monitors tend to have black bezels - wow, Samsung must have copied Asus /s 

 

You can't "copy" a freaking colour - except for Cadbury purple, that's copyrighted.
