Just cause 3 imo cause its well optimized, has great graphics and will give you what you pay for, a game that will last you long and has expansion for mods.

Rainbow Six siege (can't run it at decent settings at 1080p)

What do you consider decent settings for R6: Siege? With your hardware you should have no problems
