Using steamsignature images to your full potential

PlayStation 2

SteamSignature is a very useful website that generates a signature image for your profile.

How do you want to use it efficiently? By integrating your profile URL into it.

The easiest way to get your URL for it is not using your custom URL, but your ID64 ID.

Here is mine as an example: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198067714525

The easiest way is to get it off of http://steamrep.com/ or by clicking your profile image on your Friends window on Steam. Make sure if you do this method, you have the URL bar visible.

Now, grab your image from SteamSignature.

Now, you can integrate your URL by using the URL BBcode.

[url=http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/your ID64 here][IMG=http://steamsignature.com/profile/language here/your ID64 here.png][/url]

And it should turn out like

Note that any ID64 and custom URLs are for you to replace mine with.

Check out my guide on how to scan cover art here!

So it refreshes every 30 minutes? Not bad at all. I'm gonna use it in my LTT profile.
Thanks for sharing. :)

You two should change the link though, to your own Steam profile :D

(So change the

[url=http://steamsignature.com]
to your own Steam profile URL)

How your picture looks:

[url=http://steamsignature.com][img=http://steamsignature.com/profile/english/76561198078253886.png][/url]

how mine looks:

[url=http://steamcommunity.com/id/minibois][img=http://steamsignature.com/profile/english/76561198116552639.png][/url]

Note the first part on your picture is "[.url=http://steamsignature.com]" a link to their site and how mine is a link to my Steam profile, something more useful
