Should a fx 8320@4.5ghz will bottleneck 2 r9 390?

Now i have a fx 8320@4.5ghz and a r9 390. and im going to buy a nother r9 390, and i just want to know if its a good idea or i should go with a intel i5 6600k to have better performance with 2 r9 390?

Yes it will, upgrade the CPU. It's mostly fine for one, but for two it's not even close to being good enough, this is coming from the owner of a FX-8350

Since you are going 4k you probably have enough money to buy a i7 6700k or i7 4790k. I would recommend one of them if you are going to be running a setup like that.

On higher resolutions, CPU bottlenecking is less of an issue because higher resolution only really puts more stress on the GPUs, however, it is still worth putting a bit of money in a CPU, especially considering how much you've already put in everything else, a decent CPU isn't really asking much when you've already spent more than a thousand on everything else.

1 no 2 yes but 4K or 1080p? If 4K then most likely no.

Edit: Also mostly AAA titles can use CF/SLI so you will be fine unless you play Arma, DayZ or Dying Light...
