Just curious. 

always have a sexy woman but rarely change it. maybe once a year

I do kind of the same, except I go from Polyscapes, to Facets, to 4k landscape pictures. Currently sitting on this one because it works well with rainmeter.

I usually keep mine for quite a while, until I find one that's relevant to me. I had this one of a halo reach map back then up until I took a screenshot in skyrim that I decided was good enough for me, and now I've been using this league of legends one when they did the smite and ignite music album.

Lately, I've found that since I almost never really see my wallpaper.

I've usually got browsers and such taking up the screen most of the time.

So these days I just pick something while I'm doing my initial customization of Windows and won't change it for months.

 

A couple years back, I actually used to set my wallpapers on automatic rotation so I'd get a new one from the chosen folder every hour or so.

Hmm, maybe like once every two months or so.

Sometimes more often if I get inspiration and make a new wallpaper earlier

I don't have to worry about changing it because I have a MASSIVE folder of HD wallpapers that I have it shuffle through randomly, changing every 30 minutes.
